Shipped Orders
Once your an is received, an email will be returned to confirm your purchase, request your mailing address, and any extra details required to print your order. A PayPal invoice will then be issued.
Once payment is received, your order will be printed and shipped. Shipping within Canada, the United States, and Internationally. Shipments are sent through Canada Post regular mail, within 1-5 business days of receipt of payment. Shipping fees vary based on location. Customers outside of Canada are responsible for duties and customs fees. Contact me if you require a rush order.
Downloaded Orders
Once your order is received, an email will be returned to confirm your purchase and any extra details required to complete your order. A PayPal invoice will then be issued. Once payment is received, you will be emailed a PDF file of your item.
Returns and Exchanges
All sales of products purchased final. If you receive a damaged shipment, please contact me. For damaged items, provide a description of the problem as well as a photograph. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in the same condition as received and in its original packaging with proof of purchase. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
